eClinicalWorks Health Maintenance Summary
eClinicalWorks Health Maintenance Summary offers the following features:
- The Health Maintenance Summary is the main page of the Patient Portal. Patients can log onto the portal using their secure username and password. A summary of due dates and reminders for certain aspects of their care will appear (i.e. when they need to have blood pressure checked or blood drawn for a series of lab tests).
- From the Health Maintenance Summary window, patients can access other features of the portal or manage their account. For example, patients can enter or modify their personal information, such as current address, phone number and other demographic information.
