eClinicalWorks Make an Appointment
eClinicalWorks Make an Appointment component offers the following features:
- The Appointment window lets your patients make appointments 24 x7 from the convenience of their office or home.
- When patients request an appointment, they can also send a message about concerns or questions they have related to their request. Messages are sent from the Patient Portal and appear in the Telephone/WebTel Encounters list.
- Answering a message or fulfilling a request from the Patient Portal is as simple as listening to voicemail or checking email.
