Prior to coming to work for EaseMD, Shannon worked as Billing Manager for a large multi-specialty practice for several years. Shannon attended graduate school at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN and received her B.S. from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. Shannon holds her degree in Psychology and Biology.

Shannon loves the outdoors and her hobbies include playing paintball, and painting/drawing. She is married with one child.
