After You Say Yes :: The ABC's of Sign-up

After you sign up with EaseMD, the steps are simple:

  1. an EaseMD project manager will be assigned to you. One name, one phone number to call.
  2. The EasedMD project manager will arrange a kick-off call when scheduling and specific practice issues are discussed and settled.
  3. You receive our Welcome Kit with readiness manual included.
  4. We will help you purchase the proper hardware and assist in network setup.
  5. We install the eClinicalWorks software on the server and all computers throughout the office(s).
  6. We have an online readiness training session with you prior to go-live.
  7. We train you onsite and go-live!
  8. We provide follow-up training as needed.
